Graphic Designer

Location: Montgomery

The graphic designer will take the lead on design and execution of layouts for print, web, and mobile. You will create award-winning work that helps real clients achieve actual, measurable marketing objectives. Because that’s what we do here every single day.

Responsibilities

  • Designs new concepts and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
  • Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and selects style and size of type.
  • Develops graphics, illustrations, and layouts for company logos, printed materials, digital ads, social media, and websites.
  • Works with client and project team to integrate copy and graphics effectively.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • 3+ years as a designer in an advertising agency, or in-house designer

Must Have Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects from conception to production
  • A strong visual eye; exceptional creative execution
  • Ability to manage deadlines, budget and changes in project scope
  • Proficient in Adobe CC, MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present and pitch is a real plus for this position
  • Team building, relationship skills are a must

Project Coordinator

Location: Montgomery

Coordinates and directs client and corporate activities and deadlines for marketing, advertising, PR and related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Helps develop and maintain effective relationships with clients through daily client communication and project management activities.
  • Coordinates with clients and project teams to develop and execute communication strategies.
  • Supports the development and execution of content marketing efforts, customer and internal communications initiatives, and production of marketing and sales materials.
  • Evaluates, analyzes, and presents results of each initiative to management, and recommends changes to improve effectiveness.
  • Oversees production of marketing materials; monitors for quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Regularly reviews company and client web content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Interfaces with designers and web developers to ensure content is regularly updated.
  • Assists with new product and service announcements.
  • Creates content calendars, submits for manager and client approval, and schedules content posts as appropriate.
  • Ensures that projects moves forward in a timely, cost-effective manner, making changes and adjustments as necessary.
  • Evaluates and recommends statistical methods for marketing data analysis, and monitors and interprets results of analysis.
  • Motivates and monitors the progress of work performed by project staff.
  • Plans and participates in meetings, discussion groups and other types of events.
  • Serves as a key resource for project information and resolves problems or questions referred by internal and external sources.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
