Design Intern

Location: Gadsden, AL
Employment: Full-Time

Job Purpose

As a design intern, you will assist in the design and execution of layouts for print, web, and mobile. You will gain hands-on experience creating award-winning work for a range of B-to-B, B-to-C, and B-to-G clients. Your contribution to the team will be your innovation, artistic talent, and an unwavering commitment to meet deadlines and budget.

Qualifications

  • Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent, and in good standing with your university.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, and an interest to see design projects through from conception to production.
  • A strong visual eye; exceptional creative execution.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC, MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team building, relationship skills are a must.

Account Executive

Location: Birmingham, AL
Employment: Full-Time

Job Purpose

This is a high-caliber, dynamic sales role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working with a supportive and successful group.  You will serve as an active member of the Outside Sales Team and help implement and execute on all strategies. You must be a self-starter who can cultivate leads and produce results with minimum oversight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of Outside Sales experience is ideal.
  • Tech savvy and a fast learner with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Great attention to detail to support accuracy and efficiency.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop rapport.
  • Metrics driven and willing/able to sustain a high level of activity in order to achieve assigned goals.

Job Requirements

  • Communicates directly with customers in an inside sale capacity.
  • Demonstrates or explains products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products or use services.
  • Suggests/recommends specific services/deliverables to meet customers’ needs.
  • Visits trade shows, community organizations, or other avenues to demonstrate products and services or to answer questions from potential customers.
  • Develops lists of prospective clients from sources such as personal network, company records, lead generation sources or customers.
