Project Coordinator
Locations: Montgomery, AL / Fernandina Beach, FL
Employment: Full-Time
Job Purpose
To coordinate and direct client and corporate activities and deadlines for marketing, advertising, PR and related projects.
Essential Functions
- Helps develop and maintain effective relationships with clients through daily client communication and project management activities.
- Coordinates with clients and project teams to develop and execute communication strategies.
- Supports the development and execution of content marketing efforts, customer and internal communications initiatives, and production of marketing and sales materials.
- Evaluates, analyzes, and presents results of each initiative to management, and recommends changes to improve effectiveness.
- Oversees production of marketing materials; monitors for quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Regularly reviews company and client web content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Interfaces with designers and web developers to ensure content is regularly updated.
- Assists with new product and service announcements.
- Creates content calendars, submits for manager and client approval, and schedules content posts as appropriate.
- Ensures that projects moves forward in a timely, cost-effective manner, making changes and adjustments as necessary.
- Evaluates and recommends statistical methods for marketing data analysis, and monitors and interprets results of analysis.
- Motivates and monitors the progress of work performed by project staff.
- Plans and participates in meetings, discussion groups and other types of events.
- Serves as a key resource for project information and resolves problems or questions referred by internal and external sources.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-4 years experience as a project coordinator, account manager, or similar role

Graphic Designer
Locations: Fernandina Beach, FL
Employment: Full-Time
Job Purpose
Delivery of high-quality digital and print concepts that exceed client briefs and expectations. Requires extensive understanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards to execute projects of all sizes, and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.
Essential Functions
- Executing innovative, original work that aligns with the client’s branding guidelines
- Ensuring all work is produced on time and is high-quality
- Ability to meet deadlines and organize/prioritize multiple projects at once
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Designing email templates, banners, logos, brochures, leaflets, websites, or any other digital or print media
- Great communication skills and easily collaborates across the agency
- Desire to learn, expand your knowledge / capabilities surrounding your job title
- Ability to put personal design preference aside in order to fulfill client’s design needs

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a graphic designer in a creative firm or similar role
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- General HTML / CSS knowledge
- Website Design (Wordpress)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills
- Passion for creating stunning visuals
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Understanding of design composition and layout
