I-59/20 Bridge Replacement Project

The closure of I-59/20’s elevated sections through downtown Birmingham, Alabama impacted approximately 80,000 vehicles per day. 24 Communications developed an integrated strategy utilizing a project-specific website, social media, television and radio PSAs, email marketing, billboard signage, and earned media to assist the Alabama Department of Transportation in keeping the public aware of closures, detours, and progress┬áduring the construction period.

24 Communications developed a strategy utilizing website, social media, PSA videos, external communications through radio and t.v. ads, email marketing, public relations, and billboards ads to assist ALDOT in keeping the public aware of all updates during the construction period. This strategy helped to keep the public informed of closures, detours, and progress of the construction project.
