
City Walk BHAM needed a refreshed website and communication platform that could match the energy of its downtown Birmingham destination—an ever-evolving space filled with recreation, art, and community events. The goal was to create a digital experience that reflects City Walk’s vibrant personality while keeping the community informed and engaged year-round.

24 Communications reimagined the City Walk BHAM website from the ground up, developing a dynamic, mobile-friendly hub where visitors can easily explore attractions, events, and updates. We paired the redesign with a coordinated content strategy that extends across email and social channels.
To foster consistent engagement, 24 launched the City Walk Newsletter—a monthly update highlighting upcoming events, community stories, and partner spotlights. Each edition drives traffic back to the website and strengthens ongoing connections with residents, partners, and visitors.
On social media, 24 Communications refined messaging and visuals to align with the brand identity, using color-coded themes and strategic content pillars (community, events, and park experiences) to maintain a cohesive and recognizable presence.
