24 Communications partnered with the Alabama Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators to redesign and rebuild a website that supports the Board’s regulatory mission and the thousands of administrators who rely on it. 24 transformed an outdated site into an intuitive platform that puts essential tools front and center. Visitors can now quickly access Board information, approved courses, licensing requirements, training and test dates, forms, rules and regulations, disciplinary updates, newsletters, and helpful links. 24 also implemented a streamlined licensee-lookup feature.
One of the biggest enhancements was the addition of an easy-to-use CEU calculator, giving assisted living administrators a reliable way to track their continuing-education hours. News and alerts are now simple to update, ensuring the Board can keep licensees informed on new requirements and state registry changes. Clear contact and location details round out this modern, dependable, and efficient website that strengthens the Board’s ability to serve Alabama’s assisted living community—and reflects the professionalism of the agency behind it.
